Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt. If there are any areas of your order we are not clear about we will contact you. 
We accept zero responsibility for delays in shipping caused by customer delays in replying to requests for information. 
We accept zero liability for delays caused by our shipping partners. Once it has left our studio and is in the hands of our delivery partners, we have no control over when it will be delivered, regardless of the service you have paid for.
