Our Story

Winney Hill's craft production had been a passion project for our family long before it launched onto the web and was projected onto the laptops in your living rooms.
This enthusiasm for crafting originated from scribbled drawings stuck on fridge doors and grew to forever messy desks and trails of paper covering the carpets, until finally the idea of Winney Hill was born.
When boredom struck, we took the covid tragedy of 2020 and turned it into an opportunity. Evenings spent at home in isolation in the middle of the Shropshire countryside, squabbling over the tv remote, became productive sessions of gluing and designing, cutting and penning, with even the dog trying (and failing) to lend a helping paw. A few broken glasses later and a vacuum cleaner full of glitter, the first designs were ready.
Our family came together through our love of arts and crafts and we strive to help others, whoever they may be, spread the love. That was 5 years ago and since then we have created personalised gifts to help thousands of customers celebrate key moments in their lives.
These days, even with the cost of living crisis, we believe small rays of sunshine and hope are on the horizon. But as we all strive to get the world back on its feet, our mission remains the same - to bring people together. Personalised gifts mean so much more.
